Inspector+TM

Inspector+™ is an inspection management suite created with and for local and regional builders and contractors, and municipal inspectors of all sorts.

With Inspector+™ all you need is a simple handheld, or a mobile phone running Palm or Pocketmobile, or you can use tablet or laptops. Portable printers are used for printing notices on-site.

Inspector+ is in use in dozens of US and Canadian sites, mainly in Building, Planning, Fire prevention and Code enforcement including Public Health inspections, sidewalk and infrastructure inspections etc.

With our “optionally connected, thinning client” technology – users don’t have to connect to look up history and property information: tens of thousands of permits and properties will reside on a simple Palm along with the code for quick lookup, without incurring the expense of online time.

* Pen Systems' products are migrating to a Suite of PenPAL and MobilePAL solutions names and licenses. These will be phased in during 2008 and 2009 as part of the ongoing upgrade programme and will be fully compatible with existing software in use (eg: Inspector+, Sidewalker etc).
