The deliverables include a financial analysis suitable for capital investment planning. PILOTThe pilot phase that follows begins with test site selection and hardware acquisition. Controlled experiments are carried out, and the finished product is developed. The pilot phase allows for careful field testing of the prototype in controlled experiments that facilitate comprehensive evaluation, including confirmation of the projected return on investment.ROLL-OUTThe roll-out phase commences with strategy development for implementation, followed by widespread dissemination of the technology. Some clients have found it helpful to have Pen Systems bundle hardware and software components prior to shipment during this phase.Through careful planning, Pen Systems ensures that the roll-out phase is smooth and seamless. Once implementation is completed, ongoing monitoring, maintenance, training and consultation is provided. Product updates and additional customization foster continuous improvement.
